About our products All items sold through Blue Peony Interiors are vintage, antique, or secondhand and are sold as-is. Descriptions, ages, and attributions are provided in good faith based on my own research, maker's marks, and knowledge of the piece, but are offered as an informed estimate rather than a guarantee of authenticity or date.

Availability Because every piece is one of a kind, inventory is first come, first served. An item is not reserved until checkout is complete. In the rare event an item sells in two places at once, I will contact you immediately and refund you in full.

Pricing Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, I reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payment Payment is processed securely through Shopify. We do not store your payment card information.

Intended use Vintage items are sold as decorative objects unless otherwise noted. Older ceramics, glassware, silver, and painted pieces may not be food safe, dishwasher safe, microwave safe, or suitable for use by children, and may contain materials such as lead that were common at the time of manufacture. You assume responsibility for how a piece is used in your home.

Photography and content All photographs, written descriptions, and other content on this site are the property of Blue Peony Interiors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Third party and affiliate links This site contains affiliate links to products sold by other retailers. We are not responsible for the products, content, shipping, or policies of any third party retailer.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Peony Interiors is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the products purchased through it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
