Shipping policy

Every piece at Blue Peony Interiors is vintage and one of a kind, and it is packed by hand with that in mind.

Processing time Orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rates Shipping is calculated by weight and shown at checkout before you pay. If you buy more than one piece, they ship together and you are charged once.

How your order is packed Ceramics, glass, silver, and other fragile pieces are wrapped individually with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Larger and more delicate items may take an additional day to pack properly, and I would always rather take the extra day than risk the piece.

If your package is delayed or lost Once a package leaves our hands it is in the care of the carrier. If tracking has not updated in more than seven days, please email Bluepeonyinteriors@gmail.com and I will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.

Address accuracy Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped, and we cannot replace a one-of-a-kind item that is delivered to an incorrect address.
